Rental Rates

*  Bank transfer payments receive a £100 off voucher.

* 30% required on booking with balance required 3 months before arrival date

* £1000 deposit damage bond required , payable on balance and refunded within 14 days of departure. Video of turnaround clean and condition always taken by turn around cleaning team on arrival day.

* Check in time on day of arrival from 4pm. Checkout time on day of departure 9.30am. 

*Changeover days are Monday and Friday except at Christmas and New Year where changeover days depend on where Xmas falls. For 2022-23 it will

be Wednesday to Wednesday and 2023/24 Friday to Friday

* Peak /High season has a 7 day minimum booking period
